These products are handcrafted, making each one unique, no two items will have the same size or colour.

Please note that I do not offer refunds for change of mind. I encourage you to review all provided photos to ensure you are fully aware of the product you are purchasing.

If your item is damaged during shipping or arrives faulty, please reach out to Pohlner_Pottery@outlook.com.au within 5 business days. Once the damage or fault is confirmed, I can provide a replacement or refund.

Made to Order items
I will be offering made to order items, this includes custom orders also.
As these products are individually handmade and shipped by myself, the timeframe for these products is approximately 3-6 weeks.
